Bart died. Lily remains tough but can not hide her grief of Bart. Chuck was devastated by Bart's departure, and locked himself in The Palace. Temporary Dan always accompany Serena in her grief.
Lily that looks like a little pull away make Cece who was coming to visit feel suspicious, to make Cece follow Lily who apparently went to meet with Rufus. With Rufus, Lily finds tranquility in her soul, and Rufus tells Lily that he will wait for Lily until they can come back together.
The relationship of Lily and Rufus is then known by Cece and Serena. Serena then gives her the blessing to continue Lily's relationship with Rufus in a more serious direction.

Then arrived at the funeral for Bart. Chuck with difficulty brought by Blair and Nate out of The Palace to attend his father's funeral. An emotional-looking Chuck, blaming Lily over Bart's death, and when met with Dan at the cemetery, Chuck pours out his anger to and because it is Rufus that has caused Bart to die. Chuck's anger makes the situation between Lily, Serena, and Eric to be unkind in the presence of relatives. Unstable emotional Chuck conditions make Blair and Nate feel worried about Chuck.
It then makes Blair to want to always be next to Chuck, accompany him as someone who sincerely loves him. That's why Blair then decides to express her love for Chuck. However, Chuck's condition that is still carrying emotions just do not receive well the expression of love from Blair, but instead even Blair with the words that make Blair broken heart. Chuck then leave Blair who felt sad and disappointed at the treatment of Chuck to her.
Blair's love who gets no reply from Chuck makes Blair very sad and pours out her heart to Cyrus. Surprisingly, Cyrus is able to calm Blair, and they always become familiar with each other. This then makes Eleanor happy because Blair and Cyrus have a good relationship.

Bart's death was apparently received differently by Cyrus, who remembers death can happen anytime and unexpectedly, Cyrus becomes eager to marry Eleanor quickly. Surprised by the invitation of Cyrus, Eleanor who does not have any preparation then asks Jenny to design a dress for use on her wedding day.
The happiness felt by Cyrus also seems to be felt by Aaron who previously received rejection from Serena when he invited Serena to vacation together in Buenos Aires, finally can run the romantic holiday plan with Serena.
The intimacy between Aaron and Serena is getting Dan more intense and jealous. Before her departure to Buenos Aires with Aaron, Serena met with Dan in preparation for Eleanor and Cyrus wedding ceremonies. Dan ask Serena not to go with Aaron. But when she surrendered, she rejected Dan's request recalled the relationship between Lily and Rufus which according to Serena is more important to take precedence.

Back to Cece who is aware of the position of Lily that is wedged in the presence of Chuck, and is worried Chuck will know the secrets that have been hide, suggest Lily to talk with Chuck. But because Lily feel reluctant to be honest, thenCcece take a stand by contacting someone who apparently is a family lawyer named Andrew Taylor, who then asked for a high enough fee to Cece. Considering the request of Lily who asked Cece to shut up, then Cece told Lily that she had paid Andrew Taylor for a considerable fee.
Andrew apparently then tried to burn the emotions of Chuck with the secrets he had about the life of Lily. Chuck was hooked and tried to blackmail Lily. But with motherhood, Lily tried to give understanding to Chuck until finally Chuck was touched. Unable to restrain his emotional feelings, Chuck then go to Blair and cry in the arms of Blair.

The end of this episode is closed with the arrival of Cece to talk to Rufus, does Cece give blessing to Rufus to undergo his relationship with Lily or ...
