Chuck gets his spirits to raise his father in order to approve the funding for an investment in a striptease club called Victrola. His intention was to make Chuck went to his father's office suddenly, and found Lily and Bart were alone in the place.
After taking Bart to Victrola, apparently Bart did not show his approval to invest in a place that Chuck point. And it makes Chuck very disappointed. Chuck then meets Lily in The Palace, his family's hotel, and whether intentionally or not, Chuck tells Lily that Bart goes with the Asia women with his limos. Lily was quite surprised, when she had just asked Chuck to not say anything to Serena and Eric about her relationship with Bart.

Meanwhile, at his residence Jenny was busy searching for a diamond bracelet lent to him by the owner of the boutique. And Vanessa had to hold her heart out when she found out that the relationship of Dan and Serena were getting close.

At school, Nate tries to allow Jenny to keep secret things he says on the night of the mask party, that he mistakenly thinks Jenny is Serena and he can not forget Serena until now. But Blair suddenly comes and surprises Nate. Jenny also no less surprised when Blair shows diamond bracelet is on her.

Then Jenny who came to Blair's residence to apologize, apparently greeted with a good mood of Blair. Apparently Blair is very happy to know that Nate will propose to her by giving her family ring to Blair. Jenny apparently is not someone who is good at hiding secrets, and Blair can see it. Blair asks Jenny to be honest why the news of the engagement does not make Jenny happy, Blair actually accused whether Jenny actually have feelings on Nate. With such accusations, Jenny increasingly can not keep secrets between herself and Nate, and then regretfully tells Blair about the events at night the mask party. Hearing the story of Jenny, Blair is very devastated, and asks Jenny to get away from her.

On the one hand, Nate feels pressured for being forced by his parents to be engaged to Blair, with the aim that Archibald and Waldorf companies can unite and achieve mutual success. Nate feels his parents have sold their happiness and freedom for a business advantage. And it does not make Nate happy at all.
Came the meeting of the Archibalds and Waldorfs at Blair's residence. After finishing talking about business, the conversation began to lead to an arranged marriage between Nate and Blair. But Blair who already know the feelings of Nate from Jenny, not enthusiastic at all. Ao also with Nate.
Then Nate invites his father to breathe fresh air for a moment. And began a dispute between Nate and his father, who then made his father hit Nate in the face. When it was NYPD there, and Nate also submit the problem to the police.
Blair, in the window of her residence, saw the arrest of Nate's father. Blair then approached Nate, and they came back into disagreement which then resulted in their ending relationship.
A sad and heartbroken Blair, approached Chuck who was spending his night in Victrola. Frenzied night blasted Blair and Chuck acting out of bounds.

This episode concludes with Serena togetherness with Dan that strengthens their relationship, Lily who visit Rufus and then spend their leisure time in Rufus's gallery, as well as the unexpected togetherness between Chuck and Blair ...
