Blair served her sentence during suspension from school for misbehaving Miss Carr, while Serena grew more comfortable with Miss Carr as a friend than as a teacher at school. Whereas Miss Carr also seems to have a good relationship with Dan as a student achievement in school, while Dan and Serena still have not talked back after their minor dispute about Serena plan to resign from Yale and chose to go to college at Brown.
One morning, Serena began to feel uncomfortable knowing Dan and Miss Carr apparently was having breakfast together in a cafeteria, and they looked quite familiar.

About the plan of vengeance that Blair planned to Miss Carr, apparently did not get support from friends, who fear that they will also serve the same punishment with Blair. However, the prohibition of using a mobile phone in school, makes Blair friends agree to help Blair to drop Miss Carr. Blair assigns her friends to find out anything about the life and background of Miss Carr that she can use as ammunition to drive Miss Carr out of school, but apparently the life of Miss Carr is impeccable. Finally Blair also told her friends to make negative rumors about Miss Carr.
But apparently with her own eyes Blair saw the closeness between Miss Carr and Dan, and immediately forwarded the information to Gossip Girl page. Looking at the news, Serena was hesitant about Dan, however Dan can reassure Serena by saying that he and Miss Carr have nothing to do.
Dan who knows the rumor came from Blair, tried to bleat with Blair to clarify, but to no avail. Serena who accidentally conversed with Miss Carr about the rumor then told Miss Carr that the rumor came from Gossip Girl. Blair is then summoned by the principal to account for her actions, because the rumor has destroyed the name of Miss Carr with rumors that were not proven true, then Blair was expelled from school.
Accept the punishment, Blair very surprised and sad. Blair's dad then tries to interrogate Blair about it, and since Blair lies by defending his argument, Blair's father attempts to fight for Blair with the school. Blair's father tried to use the legal path because the school has accused Blair of slander. While Serena tries to persuade Miss Carr to talk to the school board so Blair is not expelled from school, but Miss Carr refuses because the rumor has offended her and hurt her. Miss Carr also consider that if Gossip Girl left, it will be slander and bad for all its users.
Blair was getting desperate. Until at the meeting of parents with the school, there was a cold war between Harold and Rufus who each want to defend the status of Blair and Dan.

For what purpose, Miss Carr meets with Dan at a restaurant, talks about the rumor before the parents meeting takes place. Miss Carr expressed her sadness of receiving slander that destroyed her good name as a teacher who was accused of having an affair with Dan as a student. Because Miss Carr was crying, Dan trying to wipe away the tears of Miss Carr as a sympathy sign. But apparently the action is accidentally seen by Serena who is on her way to meet with Miss Carr. Because feel disappointed and desperate to see Dan and Miss Carr, Serena was then took photos togetherness between Dan and Miss Carr. The dilemma between defending Blair and wanting to believe the words that there is no relationship whatsoever with Miss Carr, but it turns out that Serena see is different. Serena finally decided to send photos of Dan and Miss Carr to Blair, which then used by Blair as ammunition to maintain her status at school in school board meetings and parents.
The photo then seemed to show to all that the rumor spread about Miss Carr's relationship with her students was true, which then made Miss Carr expelled from school.
At the end of the meeting, Serena talks about the photo with Dan who looks very disappointed. Because she felt victorious, then Blair can not help herself to say that the rumor she made was purely a revenge to Miss Carr, apparently the word of Blair is heard directly by Harold who then feel disappointed and angry at Blair.

This incident makes the relationship between Serena and Miss Carr worsened because apology is rejected by Miss Carr who feel disappointed and hurt. While Blair later admitted regret for her actions after being advised by Harold.
But it seems that the principal is still giving consideration to Miss Carr's dismissal by the school board, since the principal assumes that there is not enough evidence to suggest that Miss Carr has been having illicit relationships between teachers and students at school.

Chuck who mysteriously receives an envelope containing an address, date, and time, but without a name, tells it to Nate and Vanessa who then accompany Chuck to come to the place on the card that Chuck received. But because Nate and Vanessa feel Chuck's search does not make sense, then Chuck start to find alone. Until he was later informed that the person who sent the envelope was a woman, and actually the envelope was addressed to Bart, about a secret club. Chuck then managed to meet the mysterious woman, who later known named Elle. Elle asks Chuck to leave and no longer searches for her, since someone who is not a member of the secret club is forbidden to interfere. Chuck intends to find out what clubs are followed by Bart, and Elle is known to be in trouble for having talked to Chuck, people outside of the club's members.
